Milbert's Tortoiseshell (Aglais milberti) is a beautiful medium-sized butterfly found in much of the northern U.S. states, and southern Canadian provinces. Its overall color is brown, with various shades of orange spots and lines. It also has a row of bluish spots in the hindwing margin. It is often found in moist woodlands, fields and meadows.
